About Us

As a 14,000-member not-for-profit association founded in 1970, IABC is a learning community for professionals committed to improving the effectiveness of organizations through strategic communication. IABC members practice the disciplines of corporate-communication, employee/internal communication, marketing communications, public relations, community relations, public affairs, investor relations and government relations. IABC provides comprehensive services through a network of more than 100 chapters and other members in more than 70 countries.

The Dallas chapter of IABC supports the international organization through conference planning assistance and local recruitment efforts, and serves its members with local professional development and networking opportunities.
